How Can green Rectal Drainage Be Treated?

I am on Femara (Letrozole). i recently began experiencing a green rectal discharge/ drainage when expelling flatus. It did begin as a bloody discharge. The bleeding ceased, but the green discharge continues. Could this be a side effect of the Femara?

In my opinion,it couldn't be letrozole side effect, you have got some infection in your bowel and as you mentioned having bloody discharge earlier, it's better you have a stool examination, digital rectal examination with a surgeon in person, to know the exact cause for your greenish discharge. I hope you get benefitted with my answer. All the best.
